| Man, I remember when we thought that the Mighty Fortress was hugely expensive for $50! That one's almost a C-Note!
GW was sooo harsh on the wallet.
But, holy cow, their stuff looked good!

| I'm pretty sure that I saw a note that the minis were supplied unpainted. It wouldn't be like GW to give you something painted.
Even the old styrofoam Mighty Fortress was unpainted and came with instructions on how to paint it properly.

| Yeah, they are a very nice kit. I have two of them and along with the new buildings (Fortified Manor etc) they look absolutely excellent during a D&D RPG session.

| It's evil, I tell you! Eeeevil!
I know what GW products do to a person. Oh, sure. At first, it's "I'll only collect a couple squads..." then you're on about switching equipment options. By the time you've done a bit of that, well, it's only another couple figures til you've got another squad and then it's on to the company of Space Marines and supporting equipment: Land Raiders, Rhinos, combat bikes, etc.
Besides, have you seen how much they're charging for a hill?!
