Waste of an Epic, if you ask me. Were they not supposed to FIX their lie about an Epic per faction and give a CG Epic

The choice of the Runecarver as an epic is okay I guess, but there's a lot I would rather have had. Stats seem to be decent enough.

His attacks are not bad but his spells seem to be lacking to me. I think they will be really avoidable which will make a 243 point investment a little much. So I doubt he will see play.
