| How many have you collected over the years? Do you buy all that comes out or just a select few? I try to obtain all monster, complete, and Forgotten Realms books. When new editions come out, unless the book is very good I usually seel them. | |

| Well, I am ashamed of buying the MM IV, although I pre-ordered; expecting a quality book like the previous monster books. I shall not make the same mistake with the MM V. | |

LOL, that is yet another book I purchased (although at 50% off) that I have yet to skim through. They just come out with so many of them! Kilsek

| Good thing I have never bought a single adventure for ANY Role-Playing Game, or I would go broke just trying to keep up.
The Magic Items Compendium looks great, so I cannot wait for that one to arrive.

| Sure, not a problem, amazon expects it to be delivered between March 16 and 23rd.
I do think there should be a topic or forum section for book reviews. What do you think, Kilsek ?

Hmm, great idea. at first I would have said to use the RPG General Discussion but that may end up getting cluttered in the future. Let me see what kind of spell I can find to make this idea come to light. Light spell wouldn't work will it?

| I used to have a great many books. Almost all the AD&D orange-spines, the Fiend Folio and Deities & Demigods (with Cthulu!).
I had a few 2nd ed. books (a historical supplement and a Ravenloft boxed set or two). Unfortunately, I either left them with or gave them to the old DM for my 2nd Ed. group. I don't remember which.
My collection is decidedly lighter for 3.X...The core three, Weapons of Legacy, Miniatures Handbook. I'm looking at getting the Drow of the Underdark/Complete Drow/whatever it is book (but probably won't), and I keep thinking about the [s]Draconomicon[/s], Lords of Madness, et al. but again probably won't bother.
Library: Player's Handbook Dungeonmaster's Guide Monster Manual Miniatures Handbook Draconomicon Weapons of Legacy

| Good lord. You expect me to -list- this stuff? I have a -lot- of all editions of D&D/AD&D, including modules, adventures, sourcebooks... Not as much 3.X stuff tho, I just haven't ever felt "into" the revised game as I did earlier editions.
EDIT: Oh yeah, Boz do you want a hardcopy or will a pdf or "Erotic Fantasy" do? I mean, I can get the hardcopy for you as well, it's on sale at my FLGS, but that'll cost ya in shipping. |

Oh, and a couple scarred lands books, goodman games adventures, a moongoose boxed megacampaign and AEG's world's largest dungeon (I just HAD to have it ).

| I have edited my post on the first page to reflect a sale that I ran across the other week. By sheer coincidence, I happened in on an LGS during some sort of event.
It was luck that I acquired a Draconomicon for 50% off. I almost picked up another book (MM II?) but I don't remember what it was. I was already stretching the budget far enough on the one book.
I do wish that I would have bought Draconomicon sooner as it seems like a really good book.
