It may be a easy answer but how much of a value difference is it from bagged minis to unbagged?

Holds the same ... I believe minis will not hold value forever unlike a comic or a sports card. So if you think it's a investment I'm sorry but your wrong. :)

I see some sellers charging a small difference in Buy it Now's, but when I've sold stuff on ebay I haven't noticed any appreciable difference. I think the only way it will make a difference is if they hold value over a signifigant amount of time, say 20 years or so. This would also assume that WotC never reprinted sets like they have already done with Underdark and Deathknell.
