Did anyone else get into the palladium RPG universe? I used to have a ton of books and it was a very fine system. Possibly Rifts was your palladium game of choice?

It was one of the RPG systems that has kept me into rpg fantasy for 20 years Wink
An exceptional system...very similar to modern D20

I Always Wanted To Play It,But You Needed So Many Books Unavailable Here And It Required More English Knowledge Than My Average Friends Had/Have.

I Do LOVE The Arms Claw Law.We Used It For Critical Hits In An Old 2nd Edition Game.It Was Bloody And Highly Realistis.

The Bloodiest Critical Hits Were In Warhammer Fantasy RPG.I Almost Picked Up The New Edition,But It Is Quite Pricy...

Oh,And I Have The "TMNT And Other Strangeness" Book,But Never Got To Play.

It is really a great system, i really cant stress how much my buddies and i enjoyed the palladium RPG system. As for the books sir bozak...keep an eye out on ebay. I have seen some big lots sell for very cheap (like $25 for 8-10 books) Shipping will obviously hurt a bit though. I recently took a look for some palladium fantasy and saw Heroes Unlimited, Villians Unlimited and 8 other books cheap(all tmnt and heroes unlimited). I was able to snatch them up for a good price What a Face

I used to do a bit of the Rifts, TMNT, Beyond the Supernatural and Heroes Unlimited books, but only ever picked up a couple P:RPG books.

We did have a Rifts campaign that was pretty fun, but despite how the systems were built, I don't think that they were that ideal for working together.

Ultimately, there was just too much of a mish-mash of systems working together and, IMO, focus was lost...No matter how much I loved creating mutant animals (Giant effing squid for more Bio-E!).

Yeah using all the different systems togather (pal rpg, rifts, hero unlim) would take some work to keep it balanced. Some of the machinery in rifts is mega powerful.
