I am thinking of getting 1 or 2 of those watchtowers.

They are great. I got myself the 'combo box'. It contains fence sections, the Fortified Manor, the Chapel, & the Tower.

I have also purchased myself 3x sets of the new GW trees, and they are freaking awesome! Place a DDM Treant amongst the 3 trees on the base they come with, and it looks like a perfect match!
