Pentifex Soulmelds

Ok how does this work? You choose one each time he activates or is it a one time thing?

I believe that the Soulmeld efects are usable each round.

If that were not the case, the effects would not need to be "swift" and they would all seemingly expire after the PM's first activation and thereby nullify almost all possible benefit. Only Flight 6 would be useful to get the PM going. The Undead hate and the AC bonus would be completely worthless.

Pinky is correct. You can choose an effect each round on the Monoliths turn, and the effect lasts until its next activation, with the exception of Armguards of Destruction which has an immediate effect.

Ok so if he uses this ability does he get to attack as well?

All of them except for Armguards of Destruction, which replaces attacks.
