I saw a similar band played on Vassal the other day, and it whooped up on an Ultrachamps band. Its capable of some huge amounts of damage, but spell resistance and energy resistance can ruin your day.

I like having just one Cormyrean War Wizard along with Storm, and for versatility, I'd make room for something else, like a Bralani, Virtuous Charger, Dragonmarked Heir, or another Half-Ogre Barbarian.
