I thought that they showed a pic of that at XP--If I'm remembering right, it looked like a gorilla with big claws. I'm not sure what the other picture is, but I don't think it's the Carnage Demon. | |

| If I recall correctly, the illustration for the Carnage Demon looked more like a Red Slaad than a flaming suit of armor.
I wonder if that image is just zoomed in on a minor part of the booster. It doesn't look like typical main booster art. It might not even have anything at all to do with the set. | |

I had wondered about that as well. At first I thought it was a set logo, then realized that the helmet of fire doesn't really suit the set name very well. So I decided against that. But I still can't figure out why it would be "zoomed" in on like that. | |

| I saw this in the book and it is way more clear to me what it is...it is a flaming humanoid shaped suit of armor. Not sure what to call it but take a look at this then look at the first pic and you will see it too.  Also IIRC the pic in the book didn't have the big metal priangles in the way. |
