That is a link for the torrent. Torrents are links to a community's shared ressources. You are basically downloading bits and pieces of a file from many "seeders" at the same time. I will add myself as one. My internet is very fast, so that should help^.
First, you need a program that allows torrent downloads. Azureus is the best program I know of.
Finding a free version is hard, but I think this one works:
