I was talking with my gaming buddy yesterday and we decided that we are going to have a 1000 point game soon. Here is what i am thinking for a LG team...

Aspect of Bahamut 318
Marut 74
Arcane Ballista 48
Couatl 42
War Weaver 33
Cleric of Dol Arrah 45
Cleric of Syrenth 47
Warforged Body Guard X3 96
Maug X4 164
Dragonmark Heir 34
Brass Golem 67
Combat Medic X2 56
Gold Dwarf Soldier 17

Total : 999
This team is obviously counting alot on Bahamut...any ideas?

No fig limit? Looks like a fun band, be careful with some of those pieces. They look like points on a stick in 1,000pt. I saw somebody run bahamut with a couple of the old large gold dragons from GoL at a thousand point tourney here.

Yeah we dont use fig limits or Victory Points...we always battle to the death or conceit Evil or Very Mad

wow... crazy team without the fig limit. i got 2nd in a 1k a couple of months ago 8 fig limit :-( with this

Cloud Giant (would have been bahamut but i dont have one)
CoDA
Dragonmark
Dwarven Artificer
and some filler. there were a lot of points left over but 8 acts is hard to fill in 1k

If i had tordek i definitely would have used him. Yes an 8 fig limit would have made it tough for sure. As for the team we played the 1K and my buddy won the roll for "team choice".(we use my full collection for choice) He picked LG!! He did throw a bit of a loop into my plans when he wanted a 10 fig cap on the 1000 team. I chose CE. (team listed there)
