Which Chainmail figs did you want but were never able to find? For me its the whole Kilsek faction, Gallowsgaunt, Ogre merc and delver...

I managed to pick up a couple Delvers on ebay, and you can still sometimes find the Kilsek starter set on Amazon or Half.

Orc Champions are much tougher to find. Sad And I've only got the one Gallowsgaunt.

But the Mercenaries pop up from time to time. If I'd bid a bit higher, I could have had two or even three at pretty decent prices (under $10 US).

I had an Ogre Merc offered to me for free on maxminis :)
Cant wait to get him and try him out Very Happy
I would like to get the full chainmail collection but i doubt thats possible now....many figures are pretty scarce now.
