I love building a 3D world for my players to interact with. It really helps them to better understand the constructs with which they have to deal when they RP with me. I scratch build all of my models and it has become my most beloved hobby, along with actually DM'ing.

Here I scratch built a Blacksmith's shop (I will post pictures of the Castle in the background in a few days). The Blacksmith himself is a modified Foundry miniature (IMHO the absolute best mini's for gaming!).

This is what I used for the Inn during this scenario, it's based on an 8th century Viking mead hall.
